Italian Club
ADVISER: Laura Dell
Italian Club meets after school until late bus one Monday each month. The club focuses on the traditions and customs of Italy. At each club meeting students will make a craft and discuss current holidays that are happening in Italy. Students also learn basic Italian phrases. By popular demand, we will begin looking at Italian vacation destinations and the history around famous landmarks. In addition, each month when we meet, I conduct a question/answer through email with a family in Italy; students ask questions and we discuss the family's responses at the following meeting. New members are always welcome!

World Language Club
ADVISER: MRS. PONTE
World Language Club meets one Monday a month in Mrs. Ponte's room after school until late bus. Each month we focus on a different language/culture. We learn some basic words and phrases of the language, and talk about a holiday happening during that month in the country. We make an art/craft related to the culture/holiday. The club is open to any student in grades 5-8, and students are welcome to join at any time during the school year.
